The official language for poster presentations is English. Posters should be prepared according to the following guidelines:
 

• Orientation: Portrait only (80 cm × 115 cm).

• Title: Each poster must include the title of the paper, author(s), affiliation(s), city, and country.

• Content: Each poster should contain the abstract, figure(s) and/or table(s) with concise legends, or a limited number of text paragraphs presenting the key findings of the work.

The conference includes the Poster Session Flash Talks. During this session, each poster presenter will have 2 minutes to introduce their poster and may use no more than two slides.

Participants presenting remotely are required to submit a recorded version of their flash talk presentation no later than 25 September 2026. The recording should not exceed 2 minutes and should follow the same format as the live presentation.

Participants attending in person are kindly requested to print their poster and bring it with them to the conference venue. Posters should be ready for display at the start of the Meeting.

In addition, all poster presenters are requested to be present at their posters during the coffee breaks on Day 2 (2 October 2026). This will provide an opportunity for delegates to view the posters, discuss the research findings, and interact directly with the authors.
